An important role that’s vital for any team’s success. A coach cannot do it alone if they are to bring out the best in their team’s success. Teamwork makes the dreamwork as they say is the best way to describe a successful Coach Manager Partnership. Both Individuals need to be 100% invested in the team’s aspirations and goals in order for the team to be successful.

What is the role of a tag team manager?

The role of the team manager is to help alleviate some of the workload on the coaches by handling, or delegating some of the smaller but important tasks associated with the tag team such as fundraising, player registrations, Levy payments, Sponsorship, Team statistics, Team training sessions, schedules and reminders, uniforms, tag equipment and financial management of the team as well as maintaining a positive inclusive atmosphere within the team dynamic and serving as a line of communication between the module/regional/national/international registrar and the players/parents and support staff.
